Condo Unit - Architecture and Interior Design

This architectural and interior design project consisted of completely 'gutting' the interior of a condominium unit for a new interior construction following the William R. Lane's minimalist design.

The kitchen counter is poured-in-place concrete with teak veneer custom cabinetry. This includes a custom made undercounter sink. All appliances are stainless steel. All items, finishes, fixtures and furniture selection and purchasing was made by the firm of William Lane Architect, Inc.

Initially, I was not involved in this project except in drafting the as-built survey of the existing space. Later I became completely involved obtaining the final construction permit and in the completion of the interiors purchasing and construction administration.
