DESCRIPTION
A master plan community consisting of mixed luxury and market price condominium units on an attractive waterfront setting in Marathon Key. The multi-building project consists of a total of 42 residential units on three floors. Two expansive swimming pools, an adjoining lounge building, marina docks, and vehicular site improvements comprise the remainder of the project.
This unbuilt two-phase project was designed for local residents of the Florida Keys. One phase was to build residences for the market priced condominiums and the other phase was for affordable residences.
