DESCRIPTION
This 11-story residential condominium building was completed for a developer who already had the conceptual design. I assisted in the drafting of the architectural construction documents including coordination with the engineering disciplines.
The building has two elevators, an enclosed scissor stairwell, maximum of four units per floor, one balcony per unit, total of 34 units and a two level structured underground parking where the upper parking level has green areas with tree planters. The site is located in Miami close to a highway junction. The site improves the delapidated residential area and enhances the local community.
This project was not built and the land was sold to another developer.
