LA COVACHA RESTAURANT AND NIGHTCLUB
DESCRIPTION
A remodeling project of an existing Latin nightclub in Doral, Florida, the design consisted of adding two small buildings and walls to surround the open space around the Chickee Hut for a final design of 4,000 square feet.
The new enclosed space provides an entertainment facility for dining, drinking and dancing.
The curved shapes drawn in elevations were fully dimensioned and provided to shell contractor for exact replication in concrete. See RADII images.
The original Chickee Hut was built by local Native Americans and is fully protected by a fire sprinkler system.
