Single Family Residence - New House in Coral Gables
DESCRIPTION
Design and construction documents for a new two story 2,600 s.f. residence. This project consisted of demolition the existing house and building an entirely new house that fit in the neighborhood's context in Coral Gables.
Many challenges in design were accomplished to have septic tanks in front and rear, propane tank is buried under the driveway and setbacks required the fireplace to be located in the front.
