Private Residence on 35th Floor in Sunny Isles

A renovation of a two-story penthouse apartment and deck that included adding a new exterior deck and pergola in the existing 35th floor terrace. This project was two units, the larger being two stories. The terrace will have glass railings and the interior renovated stair also has glass.
